Do I have to sign any contract for your cleaning service?

No. Libby Maids does not require a contract.

No. We will provide all the equipment and normal cleaning supplies. If you prefer to use your own supplies or equipment, please let us know

Payment is accepted on the day of each visit. We can accept checks or credit cards. When paying by check, most clients find it convenient to leave payment on the kitchen table. Checks are made payable to Libby Maid. We do not accept cash as a payment method.

Usually, we send a crew of 2 uniformed maids. Occasionally three person team or one maid will come due to personnel illness, training purposes or for particularly large jobs.

We deal with many types of animals on a daily basis and will work with you to arrange the best solution for your pets.
So the time we spend in your home can be as efficient as possible, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys or other household items.
We tailor our service to suit your needs. To be able to supply this kind of personal service, we need to meet you at home to discuss how we can best help you.
We realize the nature of cleaning requires our staff to touch virtually all items within one’s home or office. If any damage/loss does occur, simply notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning date. Libby Maid will make every effort to repair or if necessary, replace the item. When appropriate, insurance claims will be filed.
Tipping is at your discretion. It is not expected, but gratefully accepted.
